Job Description:

Responsible for end to end solution development including process optimisation & tech solution to increase quality, efficiency and productivity of payment related activities & experience.

  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand stakeholders problems & needs & identify improvement areas to drive process improvements & ensure that process excellence goals are aligned with the organization's overall strategy
  • Collect data, analyze existing workflow, perform benchmark gap analysis and develop workflow solution to simplify process operation
  • Support automation opportunities by leading the design of the automated solution and building out the technical components
  • Collaborate with Product team to create designs for performance and production readiness, including user acceptance testing, understanding of operational risks and contingencies, identifying and addressing concerns and challenges
  • Conduct on-going research and benchmark against industry best practice to explore next generation technologies and apply them in solving day to day business problems
  • Monitor performance of solutions after implementation to ensure quality & efficiency & carry out continuous improvement opportunities
  • Document process, work instruction and other tools to support execution

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Proficiency in English
  • Advanced Excel skills, PowerPoint/Slide Presentation
  • For Planning: Practical knowledge of SOP and Strategy Planning is a plus
  • For Process Optimization: Practical knowledge of Lean & Six Sigma concepts, methodologies and tools is an advantage
  • For Automation: Logical thinking to understand how automation tools work. Practical knowledge of programming languages is a plus.
