P&C Specialist
This position will perform various roles and responsibilities within P&C including recruitment, onboarding, learning & development, employer branding, HR system/ access, personnel data management, HR reports, and other activities to support the business and provide a seamless experience for employees.
As the P&C Specialist in the area of People & Culture, you will be:
Recruitment
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process for vacancies at the company including sourcing, phone interviews, face-to-face interview(s), and offer delivery to candidates
- Handle the recruitment assessment center with different types of assessments to support the hiring decision and employee development
- Led headhunter including contracts and engagement
Learning & Development
- Handle Learning & Development processes and systems including the training catalog, tracking, and reports
- Execute learning & development plans for all functions to ensure a smooth experience for participants
- Facilitate the Orientation program for new hires
Employer Branding
- Develop and drive employer branding activities to increase the visibility of JTI Vietnam, enhance the company's EVP (Employer Value Positioning) in the market, and expand the reach to more potential candidates using the JTI Global concept including but not limited to University's Job Fair, Career Expo, and other relevant programs
- Run all hiring channels to ensure the branding and the efficiency of candidate sourcing
HR System & Access, Report, And Personnel Filing
- Liaise with the central service team to maintain and update employee personnel data in the HR system timely and to ensure data accuracy at all time
- Lead and control access to company systems and platforms following company guideline
- Prepare and submit internal reporting and external reports in compliance with local country regulations and corporate requirements
- Handle Employee Personnel Filing and Records according to internal process and to align with local requirements
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent
- At least 1-2 years of related experience (preferably in recruitment) in a multinational company
- Recruitment & Interview Skill
- Business and customer-oriented approach
- Ability to meet deadlines with good time management skills
- Creativity and good organizing & planning skills
- Meticulous
- Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
- PC Literate at the least intermediate level MS Office
