Job Description
Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the OTC team to achieve high performance and operational efficiency.
- Identify training needs, foster career development, and drive a culture of service excellence.
- Develop and monitor KPIs for the team, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Operational Excellence:
- Oversee the timely and accurate issuance of invoices and ensure complete revenue capture.
- Manage debt collection and credit control, maintaining DSO within global/regional standards.
- Ensure effective query resolution and handle customer calls with accuracy and efficiency.
- Safeguard compliance with global finance policies and processes, substantiating any deviations.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular engagement and visits.
- Address customer queries promptly and professionally, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
Strategic Contribution:
- Collaborate with regional offices to roll out global and regional programs.
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency, cost-consciousness, and flexibility.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in the logistics/transportation industry or MNCs.
- Proven expertise in order to cash, including billing, credit control, debt collection, and query management.
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CPA or equivalent is preferred.
