Job Description

  • Review & revise content before comms on all Shopee official channels mentioned above
  • Review Landing Page/ Microsite/ T&C/ Transify/ Policy/ Seller Education Hub articles to increase user engagement, reduce churn, and enhance user loyalty
  • Make sure all comms content is clear, easy to understand to bring best user experience, prevent crisis (if any) with short, clear & strong content
  • Proactively raise concerns/suggestions when review content for request team to have the best comms solution
  • Proactively coordinate & follow with all related teams to get explanation & understand the working flow before review
  • Other tasks assigned by line-manager

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, PR or related field
  • A minimum of 1-year experience in marketing and communications, e-commerce is preferred. Having experience working with content agency is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in both native and English languages
  • Critical thinking skill with the ability to exercise good judgment and provide effective solutions
  • Can work under pressure & quickly adapt when new things come
  • Be extremely careful and detail-oriented
  • Ability to plan, coordinate and prioritise work effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of design software such as Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator is a plus
  • Based in Hanoi
