Job Description:
  • Planning, implementing, and monitoring social campaigns across all social networks, sustain the healthy growth of Shopee sellers online communities (Facebook fanpage Tiktok Facebook Group YouTube)
  • Conduct detailed analysis (Social Media Analytic tool, report, dashboard, etc.) of social engagement performance with sellers targeted to gather insights for monitoring and optimization of overall performance, make actionable recommendations
  • Gather the sentiment feedback from social media and community channel to improve seller experience
  • Be involved in all phases of social media activities/strategy, from observing the sellers trend/demand, conducting competitive research, social media trends, and audience identification to develop seller education content, brainstorming with content creator, planning, to execution
  • Plan and create the angle for social posts: seek out new ideas through a combination of knowledge, learnings, and insights with creativity and seller's demand
  • Effectively collaborate with related teams (Campaign BD Marketing PR, CS, etc.) for planning initiatives/programs/engagement strategy for Shopee sellers
  • Knowledgeable about Ads, and identify opportunities for the optimization of existing content to drive organic growth
  • Manage creative and content agencies from ideation to execution with a strong acumen on desired deliverables
  • Monitor social noise & assist team lead in handling issues arising from social media, crisis management
  • Able to multitask and manage multiple projects
  • Assist team lead in other tasks assigned

  • Have a strong experience in Social Media, Marketing or any related field for more than 3 years
  • Experience in content strategy, strong planning skills/knowledge for social media activities/channels, be creative and not hesitate to take new initiatives
  • Ability to work independently and proactively, think out of the box and provide creative and effective solutions
  • Have a good sense of process understanding and workflow optimization
  • Critical thinker, negotiation and problem solving, good time-management skills
  • Have a data-driven skill, good understanding of social media KPIs/tools and result-oriented mindset, detail-oriented
  • Great interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills (Vietnamese & English)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and willingness to interact, share ideas while working with individuals from other departments
  • Be able to work in a fast-pace working environment with tight deadline
  • Understand the basics of communities management
  • Having knowledge/experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus
  • Microsoft Office literacy (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Basic knowledge of Ads is a plus
