Job Responsibilities:

  • Performing professional assessment of insurance transactions of GA staff & CSA to ensure that the process is carried out uniformly and accurately according to the process
  • Build up quality control criteria for GA staff and CSA staff and Operations (OP) sections
  • Develop & perform assessment of the principle for checking insurance transactions of OP's section such as NBUW, PS, Claim, Care, Complaint Handling, Call Center
  • Analysis data and complete quality control reports of GA staff, CSA staff and OP sections periodically
  • Identify, work and coordinate with OP's section to set up quality control criteria for key processes of sections
  • Proposing ideas that can mitigate & prevent risk through making transactions at the counter of GA staff, through key processes of OP sections
  • Provide suggestions and creative ideas for management to consider updating existing processes for more rigorous and reasonable.
  • Visiting (online or onsite) and checking the implementation of insurance transactions at GA nationwide.
  • Evaluate violations of GA staffs, CSA staffs and OP section's staff. Monitoring and closely coordinate with OP sections, CSA to correct mistake
  • Perform and complete other assigned tasks upon request

Job Requirements:
  • At least 5 years working in Life Insurance's operation & experience of Life Asia system
  • Working in Operational Risk, Internal Audit or Quality Assurance (QA) at Manager role at least 3 years is preferred
  • Have deep knowledge about Life Insurance, Risk Management, Internal Audit
  • Strong Communication skills are essential/
  • Proficiency in using MS Office Excel, Power Point and possessing good English skills (Listening, Speaking, Read & Writing)
  • Good Data Analysis & Reporting skill
  • Good follow up skill
