Job Description:
  • Responsible for supervising and leading a team of Operations Key Account Management (KAM)
  • Drive performance and ensure Operations KAM's productivity within responsibility on seller's operational performance
  • Monitor seller's satisfaction level & responsible for improving seller's satisfaction overtime
  • Able to identify and have in-depth understanding of seller's most common pain point & operational issues
  • Lead initiatives to enhance seller's operational capacity
  • Utilize seller's insights & internal processes understanding to resolve high severity (out of SOP) requests from sellers
  • Work closely and assist Category Managers with commercial inquiries

  • Preferred background in business administration/ supply chains/ key account management/ operations
  • Have knowledge/ experience in e-commerce especially e-commerce operation is a big plus
  • Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Possess a customer-oriented mindset
  • Strong data analysis and Microsoft Excel skills
  • Able to generalize and resolve issues at high level
  • Fluent in English
