Job Description:

  • Build dashboard, report, tracker to control the KPI and monitor it daily.
  • Campaign preparation and take action on time, follow backlogs.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the delivery company & actively identify operational issues.
  • Actively propose Improvement Plans to make processes more innovative and better.
  • Draw up the project plans, dependencies, and communicate across the involved parties to align everyone across the scopes and timeline.
  • Ensure that the project status, issues or changes made are communicated to both the internal and external stakeholders and documented appropriately.
  • Work closely with the Operation team and Key Account Management team to grasp the Operation's problem and update customers promptly.
  • Work on BAU tasks as assigned by Managers.

  • 1+ years of industry experience with proven business impact.
  • Excellent in communication with different stakeholders have experience in project management or operation is a plus.
  • Have ownership of the project, always being active to work with relevant stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to learn quickly with can-do attitude.
  • Advanced Excel skills and SQL is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese to coordinate with stakeholders from across the region.
