Job Description:

  • Identify what frustrates users including both buyers and sellers. And then determines what would classify as a positive experience.
  • Collaborate with other local and regional teams to manage operational performance of sellers and to drive user experience improvement initiatives.
  • Identify key pain points, conduct root cause analysis, develop well-rounded solutions and manage the roll-out of these initiatives/solutions.
  • Optimise existing processes to drive greater working efficiency within and between various cross functional teams.
  • Track operational metrics at a regional level and adopt data-driven approaches to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • At least 1 year of working experience in project management
  • Strong problem solving and data analysis skills.
  • Willingness to take ownership of tasks.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and develop structured ways of working in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Chinese language for communication with Chinese counterparts.
  • Well-versed in Excel, exposure to SQL and Python is preferred.
  • Interest to build capabilities in strategy and operations in the e-commerce industry.
