Job Description Develop plans, organize and implement sales promotion programs, sales plans, and Life Insurance product policies in the management area Be responsible for the overall business results of the Life Insurance product segment in the management area Manage and supervise the development of Life Insurance product business at business units Consult and support Business Units in the sales process to resolve and remove arising problems and difficulties Responsible for and support the quality of coordination and effectiveness of IOIS's consulting Other tasks assigned by the Board of Directors/Management level Job Requirement University degree or higher, major in Finance, Banking, Insurance or related fields At least 03 years of experience in business development - in charge of selling Life Insurance products at other Banks/Life Insurance Companies. Priority is given to candidates with experience in building and developing business programs, developing sales Be proactive and creative in development methods, connecting with partners Ability to work in a team and independently, withstand work pressure Ability to solve problems quickly, high sense of responsibility, eager to learn, agile, dynamic in work Good communication skills, good persuasion and presentation skills Job tags:
