This year, we are looking for the next generation of Operation Management Trainees (OMTs) who are ambitious individuals ready to take a giant leap forward in their careers.

Our OMT Program empower driven individual to pursue impactful careers. Over a fist 12-month period, participants undergo a comprehensive training led by Senior Directors, gaining exposure to various business units at ofi Vietnam. Furthermore, successful participants will be afforded the opportunity for advancement to a managerial position upon the successful completion of the one-year training and doing projects.

2. What we expect:

• Two-year full-time MBA Degree or Master Degree is required for all OMTs candidates
• Having proficiency in both oral and written English.
• Willingness to relocate to any of ofi Vietnam's operating locations, demonstrating high mobility.
