Job Description

Role Summary

We are seeking a high-performing OE & Key Account (KA) Sales Manager to lead our OEM partnerships and strategic key account relationships. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, securing new OE fitments, and deepening long-term relationships with automotive manufacturers and major fleet/retail key accounts. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in the tire industry and a proven ability to navigate complex B2B sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities

OE (Original Equipment) Business

Responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with OE customers and OEM manufacturers in Vietnam; Develop new OE projects and OEM partners, including vehicle manufacturers and related supporting factories; Coordinate with internal product, technical, quality, and supply chain teams to drive OE projects from technical discussion to mass production; Monitor project progress and customer requirements to build long-term and stable cooperation. KA (Key Account) Business

Develop and manage key accounts in Vietnam, including but not limited to fleet customers, taxi companies, and major PCR / TBR customers; Promote and sell company tire products to KA customers and achieve sales targets; Develop pricing strategies, cooperation models, and annual business plans for key accounts; Understand customer application scenarios and promote long-term strategic cooperation.

Coordination & Market Support

Work closely with marketing, product, and after-sales teams to improve customer satisfaction; Collect and analyze market information, competitor data, and customer feedback; Prepare sales reports, customer analysis, and project updates as required.

Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Experience in the tire industry, OEMs, or automotive OE supply chain is highly preferred;
  • Experience in OE project development or KA customer management;
  • Good command of English, able to conduct daily business communication;
  • Strong customer development, negotiation, and cross-functional coordination skills;
  • Able to work in a fast-paced market environment with strong result orientation.
  • Level Definition Supervisor: 3–5 years of relevant experience, able to manage customers and projects independently;
  • Manager: 5+ years of experience, capable of leading OE or KA business independently.
