Job Description
. Handling end to end operation for Stations (including Drop off point and Collection point) agent, including Inbound at station until pick up to LEX's facility, supervises day-to-day DOP/Collection Point performance: Volume, utilization, backlogclarify with Supervisors for the inefficient stations
. Working closely with PU team to monitor Station Pickup performance, increase % sameday PU, Station PU leadtime,
. Working closely with Network Expansion team to monitor the balance of Station network: # required stations based on Seller's location, % stations among Partners.
. Together with Network Expansion team to come up with new ideas which help to diversify Partner models and launch more collection point service
. Dealing price with Partners following with Network Strategy
. Control Stations CPP (Cost per parcel) to increase efficiency of Network
. Quarterly review Station network to have proper adjust to maintain smooth operations
. Taking care of monthly payment for Station Partners
. Monthly meeting with Partners to review performance
. Increase PSAT and follow up issue registered on Stations from seller survey in regards to Stations Operational
. Working with Tech team to escalate system issues or system enhancement
. Catchup with Regional teams for Stations related matters
. Initiate projects to promote DOP/Collection Point service to Sellers/Customers
. Create and proposed SOP and policy of Stations according to company current requirement and needs
. Monitor the performance of DOP Supervisors.
. Other tasks assigned by direct manager.
Job Requirements
. Computer programs, including Microsoft Office suite of applications and using data to inform and set priorities and identify challenges/opportunities
. Communicate well both verbally and in writing listen to and understand various viewpoints share relevant information timely provide constructive feedback maintain professionalism
. Analytical & negotiation skills, present ideas effectively and deliver presentations

. Three years or more working experience in services-oriented operation environment, express industry or logistics operations including supervisory experience managing people.
. University certificate required to qualify
