- Train other Global Job Trainers in order to develop and share best practice globally training through the use of standardized job training processes.

- Test and verify global improvements to ensure continuously improve best practice and align global standards.

- Participate in networking activities, within the site functional area and global functional areas.

Local Responsibility

- Prepare and train Local Job Trainers to be able to train the workforce and train and collaborate with vendors, by using the defined training methods, material and documentation, with focus on safety and quality.

- Prepare training documentation for the Local Job Trainers before conduction the training

- Support Local Job Trainers in how to deliver training in practice by organizing and leading Train-the-Trainer activities in order to keep the Local Job Trainers informed about the changes/updates/training to secure alignment in local training and global standards.

- Support in ensuring that all training material is complete and accurate; creating and revising material in cooperation with Local Job Trainers and process owners (engineering, production, etc.)

Do you have what it takes (Yu cu cng vic)
- Have basic Knowledge of Plastics, know how to operate Injection machine, knowing of Setting up/ Testing/Qualification New Injection machine is a plus.
- C kin thc c bn v nha, bit cch vn hnh my p nha, c kinh nghim trong quy trnh thay i Khun, c kin thc trong vic Thit lp/ Kim tra/ nh gi my p nha mi l mt im cng.
- Mechanical Engineering or similar Intermediate and above

- Technical Education Certification is a plus

- Min 3 years of experience on Operation Injection Machine, Mould Change Over skill, combined with experience of learning and training activities.
