This person will be assigned a set of brands to drive campaign execution on self-serve/programmatic/direct media buys across Video and Display platforms for Unilever business in team Mindshare and work in the central team for some specialized programmatic/digital roles.

This role reports to: Business Category Lead / Outcome Delivery Lead

Measures of success:
In 3 months:
  • Win the team's trust
  • Thorough understanding of the processes, platforms, tools, technologies in use on Unilever business
  • Implement the category campaigns operation with limited supervision and support
  • Supervise and support FAST associates to ensure the category campaigns deliver and achieve KPIs
  • Involving and support in the central team projects

In 6 months:
  • Implement campaigns independently with limited supervision
  • Master implementation of Unilever best practices
  • Improve performance for own set of brands vs benchmark
  • Supervise and maintain campaign execution excellence of the category campaigns.

In 12 months:
  • Drive best in class implementation and campaign management
  • Expand knowledge beyond assigned set of platforms
  • Mentor junior team members / new joiners / interns to equip knowledge, and improve working skills.

Responsibilities of the role:
We are looking for someone who has experience with any self-serve/biddable media platform / programmatic ecosystem. The person would be responsible for creating implementation plans, setup, monitoring, optimization, delivery, and reporting of campaigns across the assigned set of platforms/brands.
Apart from delivery, proactive flagging off, troubleshooting working with publishers would be a key expectation from this role.

  • Detail-oriented, process-oriented, critical thinking, teamwork and open-minded.
  • Curiosity to learn new platforms, tools, and technology.
  • Good understanding of different kinds of data/audience segments, e.g., 1st Party Data, 2nd Party Data, 3rd Party Data
  • DMP knowledge, understand the matching technical among Digital media buying platform
  • Understanding and having experience with PowerBI/Google Data Studio and knowing how to build a custom dashboard.
  • Have knowledge and experience in digital performance tracking and analysis tools (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Adobe Analytics, etc.)
  • Understanding of the programmatic buying process.
  • Knowledge of display, video, OTT, and audio inventory ecosystem, ad formats, including planning and buying capabilities.
  • DSP experience (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk, etc.) is a plus.
  • Self-serve platform knowledge, e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager.
  • Knowledge of ad ops and measurement platforms (e.g. Double Verify, Sizmek, Jivox, Grapeshot, Integral Ad Science, MOAT, etc.).
  • Hands-on implementation experience
