MediaCom is looking for a Business Director to work in an integrated role on both traditional and digital media planning strategies.
The Business Director will steward the internal operations and ensure that clients campaigns are brought to life through cross-function collaboration and provide sound products and solutions. This position will manage the Agency's Client teams working on respective businesses thereby delivering a Best in class experience for the clients
Reporting of the role
This role reports to the Managing Director.

Measures of success
In three months:
  • Deliver on strategic milestones, reset media principles working up close with Regional, Global Mediacom Teams

In six months:
  • Further Strengthen Client agency relationship by fostering a culture of Proactive and Trust

In 12 months:
  • Significantly improve the Client satisfaction scores, deliver BIC award winning work, start building 2ndline of team leadership

Responsibilities of the role:
  • Position MediaCom as a principle communication partner of the client.
  • Overall strategic media approach on the key clients to meet Client's business objectives and strategies.
  • Ensure that the MediaCom team members in Vietnam are fully briefed on Client's required Scope of Work and ensuring the delivery of the Scope of Work to the client in accordance with timeframes, quality control and budget objectives.
  • Building key stakeholder relationships including creative advertising agencies, GroupM management, client and other marketing partners to ensure alignment of media objectives and strategies.
  • Actively involve in new business opportunities and be part of the team driving extra revenue growth

What you will need:
  • Passionate and optimistic individual who enjoy interaction with people.
  • Sound understanding and clear POV on the ever-evolving Digital landscape
  • Good at managing and motivating employees, clients and suppliers.
  • Possess good verbal and written communication skills as well as strong selling skills.
  • Strong project management skill ability to manage multiple projects across critical yet often fluctuating deadlines.
  • Sound strategic skills with consideration to company/client objectives.
  • At least 10 years of experiences in media planning or communication planning.
