Plaining annual Operational plan, Budget plan and Human Resources plan for MIRI.
Build long-term strategy and brand positioning for MIRI cosmetics.
Make monthly, annual marketing plan in multi-platform to achieve sales goals.
Develop criteria and guidelines for brand image to coordinate with specialized departments to implement, manage and control to ensure 100% brand image and messages at customer contact points (on all channels).
Develop plans, deploy and execute promotional programs for customers to help accomplish set business goals.
Organize close monitoring of sales situation, and output forecast to propose timely support in managing general resources, raw materials... to serve MIRI's overall business situation.
Manage product portfolio & develop new products for MIRI.
Performance Management, Training and Developing employees.
Other related tasks are required by Director.
Other skills:
Bachelors degree or above in Bussiness or Bussiness Administration, Economics, Marketing
At least 3 years working experience as Marketing Manager or same position.
Have experiences in Cosmetics/Functional Foods/Beauty Salons/Clinics.
Have Digital Marketing & Branding skills.
Proficient in using Excel, Word, Power Point.
Excellent Power Point (Presented in an eye-catching and scientific way)
