Job Summary
Identify brands strategy (Sting & Rockstar) and develop business plans to meet brand KPIs and grow business
Job Responsibilities
Use the consumer understanding, the competitive dynamics, and the boundaries of the market to lead the brands AOP, translate them into brands ideas, and convert them into relevant innovations to grow the brands
Oversight of the implementation of AOP, from the strategic discussion to development and all-way communication to sales force (such as thematic campaign, grassroots, promotions, )
Recommend and support the adaptation of marketing best practices from PI global or regional; or develop local platform relevance
Manage the allocation & disbursement of budget for assigned brands to maximize ROI and have positive impacts on brand P&L. Working with Finance partner to set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals)
Work with Sales to co-develop trade & channel programs, POS support related to brands
Accountable for team capability through coaching, mentoring, and training
Your Team
Skills And Experience
University Graduate relevant Marketing is preferred
Fluent in English
Strong leadership & interpersonal skills
Brand management experience
Consumer orientation, brand operating experience
At least 7 years experience in marketing management, preferably in FMCG, beverage industry understanding
Have good understanding and experience in consumer orientation
