Marketing Executive

With a professional engineer team experienced in Automation system integration, Vision systems and Software development, we offer full cycle software development, automation system integration, vision system solutions, and manufacturing solutions to improve plant performance.

Key Figure:

• Direct report to: Head of Sales & Marketing
• External customers : Factories, Machine builders and Subcontractors in Vietnam and Southeast Asia.
• Internal customers : all internal departments

Principal Accountabilities:

• Develop a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
• Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation.
• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to ensure marketing efforts support lead generation and sales goals.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze, and make data-driven adjustments to improve results.
• Create and curate high-quality content. Ensure that it is aligned with the market.
• Oversee the company's digital presence, including the website, social media channels, and other online platforms.
• Develop and Implement SEO strategies to improve the company's visibility in online searches within the market.
• Identify speaking opportunities, industry events, and webinars where company representatives can showcase their expertise.
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities
• Other tasks are assigned by the line manager.

Ideal Candidate Who Will Have:

1. Education:Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or a related field.

2. Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on strategy management, market research and event planner. Working experience in the Automation industry, being passionate about the Automation industry is a plus

3. Competencies:

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Self-motivation and be accountable for your own actions.

Ability to work independently.

4. Language skill: Proficient in spoken and written English.
