Job Purpose
The candidate has a remit to help build and enhance the organization's brand, profile, and reputation by providing critical support to the leadership, management, and governance of the organization's integrated marketing campaigns and programs, aligned with the identified value proposition and suite of the Company.
The role will focus on raising and maintaining a high profile and presence for the organization, project, and its leaders amongst investors, community, and stakeholders, as well as engaging key audiences, to generate impactful outcomes.
The candidate will be responsible for working closely with the Head of Marketing & Communications to develop strategies that will help differentiate the Project as a brand by elevating awareness and introducing programs that position the Project as a preferred investment destination.
This role requires a dynamic, proactive marketer and communicator adept at moving from strategy to ground execution, working well under pressure, and building strong relationships with multi-level stakeholders.
This role is based in Cambodia, and on-site presence is compulsory.
Duties and Responsibilities

+ Corporate Communications
  • Develop PR strategies, campaigns, and initiatives (strategic and tactical) that support the Company's and Project's business and communication objectives.
  • Perform editorial tasks, which include drafting, editing, proofreading, and copywriting.
  • Demonstrates tactical proficiency in media relations, including creating and driving outreach plans, message development, corporate events management, growth of contact network, and effective pitching and training of spokespersons on speeches and presentations.
  • Assist the Head of Department in crisis communications management for the Company and the Project.
  • Identify, manage, and coordinate speaking engagements for the Company's spokespersons to maximize the Project's visibility and strengthen engagements and relationships with target groups.
  • Manage internal communication ensuring accurate and timely dissemination of information.

+ Marketing
  • Plan, develop and deliver an integrated marketing strategy with defined metrics, focusing on delivering results and business outcomes that build the brand and entice inward investments that will drive revenue with prospects.
  • In consultation with the Head of Marcom's leadership, identify and develop marketing campaigns and programs that support go-to-market priorities.
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement marketing opportunities across the entire marketing mix, including trade mission opportunities, sponsorships, hosted events, collateral, and social media that align with the organization and service line goals.
  • Develop and manage an annual marketing plan, budget, and calendar for the organization's key go-to-market activities in collaboration with Marcom teams.
  • Liaise with the key stakeholders within and outside the organization to drive the identified marketing programs, including sourcing for key agencies and vendors, and to provide feedback and results.
  • Prepare marketing and campaign analytics to support the assessment of marketing effectiveness.

  • A degree in Marketing, International Business Management, or related field.
  • Demonstrated minimum communications and marketing expertise of 6 years, compulsory in real estate development.
  • Managed a team of 3 people in your previous roles.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and strong executive presence.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
  • Analytical, lateral thinker, self-starter.
  • Meticulous, with an eye for detail.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a matrixed organization.
  • Excellent project management and delivery skills, and ability to coordinate multiple projects and initiatives at one time.
  • Possess confidence and maturity to interact effectively and develop strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
