INDUSTRY AND BRAND UNDERSTANDING

  • Understand the protection nature and meaning of the industry, target segment, insight and direction of Prudential brand
  • Understand the business need and requirement and be able to propose different communication touch points to answer different objectives and KPIs
  • Understand different communication touch points/ channels and it strength to know why it should be applied/ used as per requirement, especially on social.
  • Understand and be able to diversify the explanation of content in social world based on the given direction

MARKETING ACTIVITES IMPLEMENTATION AND MANAGEMENT
  • Be able to propose detailed action plan (from the given direction) including the content pillars/ framework, communication touch points and budget allocation
  • Be able to manage and implement all the required executions to meet expected quality and timeline with internal team (creative and content) and external (3rd party vendors)
  • Collaborate, discuss, follow up and be able to convince other stakeholders the marketing communication details and ensure it's followed given direction
  • Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
  • Monitor activities rolled-out and target reactions and proactive propose improved/ adjusted plan quickly when needed to catch up with the situation & market trend
  • Responsible for all aspects of projects including meeting deadlines, time management, budgeting, campaign analysis and tracking/ monitoring

- Under guideline from line manager, devise plan and execute marketing campaigns/ activities for assigned distribution channels (Banc-assurance/ Lead Generation/ New sales channels) and ensure consistent image of Prudential throughout these activities. Play role as key marketing contact point in all engagements with assigned Distribution channel in marketing & communication activities.
- Under supervision from line manager, take lead on product launching campaigns from project planning to implementation including sales and marketing materials, launching events and integrated communication covering ATL channels (PR, OOH, Digital, etc.), BTL channels (events, activation, partnership, etc.) and internal communication to promote products to company, sales force and customers.
- Propose plans and take lead in implementation of customer promotion campaigns under supervision and coaching from line manager to support sales force to generate more sales, to enhance customers benefits and to promote Prudential's image.
- Implement action plans per strategies to promote the professional image of Prudential's existing and new sales channels.
- Proactively propose initiatives in sales recruitment and customer promotions/ activations to support sales force to generate more sales and engage with customers.
- Any other tasks assigned.
Job requirement:
Qualification: BA/ MBA in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Economics, Insurance, and Banking.
Experiences:
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing or related fields in multi-national companies or financial industries with at least 02 - 03 years in project/ campaign management or supervisory role.
- Project/ Campaign management experience, including:
o To propose plan, ideas or activities reflected by well-grounded and actionable proposals.
o To collaborate with relevant stakeholders to drive all to align on proposals and to implement campaigns/ activities per plan.
o Take full ownership to deliver projects/ campaigns per plan and with excellent quality.
o Be able to influence/ manage vendors and relevant stakeholders to deliver per plan with excellent quality.
o Proactively & constantly track and monitor campaign performance to improve campaign results.
- Marketing communications and advertising:
o Demonstrate analytic thinking and good judgement skills in evaluating creative concepts, creative activities and marketing communication plans.
o Be able to manage vendors to deliver marketing communication plans with measurable KPI and timely optimization across media solutions.
- Customer promotion and business development: besides project/ campaign management as above, experience in this area reflected via:
o Devise plan with innovative ideas about promotional offers and rationale business cases based on strong customers & sales insights.
o Demonstrate strong understanding and collaboration with relevant stakeholders, especially Distribution channels.

Knowledge and skill set:
- Strong leadership skills.

- Marketing communication & advertising.
- Banking & life insurance knowledge is a plus.
- Vietnamese & English fluency is a must.
