Job Description:
  • Plan & execute growth initiatives via Ecosystem integration (ShopeeFood/ShopeePay/SeaMoney products) to acquire users/buyers for platform via in-app & external MKT push:
  • Coordinate integration of ShopeeFood / ShopeePay/ SeaMoney products on Shopee on both BAU & campaign basis to drive for grow user/buyer base on Shopee
  • Target setting, tracking & optimizing performance, communicate effectively across internal and external stakeholders to align on project objective, timeline, and resource management.
  • Work with cross functional teams (internal, external teams & partners) to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of Ecosystem growth marketing campaigns, programs, assets and activities.
  • Create templates to collect and analyze user/buyer behaviors derive business insights for cross-sell/upsell opportunities
  • Work with Product & Ops team to build/optimize new/current features to serve new marketing initiatives
  • Research & Analyze market trends to propose new initiatives

  • At least 2 - 3 years of experience in MKT Projects/Business Development/Communications/Project Management (preferably background in growth in E-commerce or tech companies)
  • Good analytical skills and eyes of detail, assess risk and opportunity thoroughly and understand cause & effect systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PPT skills
  • Data-driven is a must
  • Fluent in both English verbal & written communication
  • Excellent communication skills, demonstrated project management skills and have strong background in influencing multiple stakeholders
  • Proactive with strong logical thinking and problem-solving skill
  • Good team player, positive attitude with a can-do attitude
