. Owning all relevant data sets and supporting Manager in integrating different sources of data & research to propose actionable activities.
. Data mining, analysis to craft the findings with actionable recommendations to line managers.
. Champion for the assigned strategic project with full responsibilities.
. Support Marketing team in terms of data analytics by either available resources or launching relevant research studies to address questions from stakeholders
. Update team on macroeconomic trends (Consumers/Shoppers) to enrich execution plan
. Help relevant teams to understand market reports, thus assisting data-driven decision-making process.

Job Requirements

. Minimum Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Market Research, Analytics, and Statistics.
. High sense of data curiosity and technical skills in data mining, and crawling.
. Knowledge of market and consumers insights, tools and techniques
. 2+ years of working experience in market research. Experience on the client-side is an advantage.
. Critical thinking, analytical and advisory mindset
. Interpersonal skills: ability to communicate and work effectively with all levels of management
. Quick adaptation to dynamic & agile environment
