Job Responsibilities:Corporate Strategy Management Strategy Development and Coordination- Assist in coordinating with SLGs to formulate and document strategic initiatives that requires to achieve the strategic KPIs
- Monitoring and providing monthly updates on insightful analysis on market dynamics, macro/microeconomic factors, financials, competitive implications, growth opportunities & threats
- Assist in developing and recommending creative growth innovations, and growth strategies for optimizing existing business performance
- Assist in preparing strategy communication documents and monitor the overall strategy communication plan to the relevant stakeholders ensure company and department strategies are effectively communicated
Strategy Implementation and Monitoring- Assist in coordinating with SLGs to formulate and document strategic initiatives that requires to achieve the strategic KPIs
- Monitoring and providing monthly updates on insightful analysis on market dynamics, macro/microeconomic factors, financials, competitive implications, growth opportunities & threats
- Assist in developing and recommending creative growth innovations, and growth strategies for optimizing existing business performance
- Assist in preparing strategy communication documents and monitor the overall strategy communication plan to the relevant stakeholders ensure company and department strategies are effectively communicated
- Assist in preparing the periodic business performance reviews at corporate levels that ensure well preparation and effective follow-ups for the Regional Quarterly Dialogues and Monthly TLT Meetings
Key Accountabilities:- Ensuring effective engagement of Top Leadership Team (TLTs) and Senior Leadership Group (SLGs).
- Manage the process of regular strategy reviews to ensure the company strategies are most updated to market/business situation and strategy execution is in line with the plan.
- Ensure corporate strategies are effectively communicated to the right levels and stakeholder
Requirements:- University degree in Economics, Strategy Management, Business Administration, Banking and Finance
- At least 3 year - experience of working on Corporate Strategy, Business Performance, Business Planning and Analysis and/or Project Management
- Preferred experience in Financial Services Industry or Strategy/ Business Consulting
- Strategic thinker (futurist outlook) coupled with ability to roll up sleeves.
- Proven experience in strategy formulation, complex organizational wide problem solving
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and savvy business judgment.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to lead work-streams in larger initiatives.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and ability to create high impact presentations as well as using excels/PowerPoint
- Ability to take meeting minute in detailed level.
