Job Description:

  • Perform data analysis on cross-border lane performance to identify trends and insights
  • Support the team in various marketing initiatives and optimize performance based on data-driven decisions
  • Conduct category and marketing solutions studies to determine future growth strategies
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for marketing campaigns
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, seller management teams, operation, product teams, etc
  • Develop new innovative SOP and workflows to improve work efficiency

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree with majors in relevant field
  • Strong analytical skills with sensitivity to data and an ability to translate data into insights
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively present data and insights to stakeholders
  • Creative and innovative approach to problem-solving
  • Positive, team-player, and energetic attitude with a willingness to learn and collaborate
  • Strong proficiency in Excel is a must, and knowledge in SQL is a plus
  • Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months), with part-time interns who can commit at least 3 working days a week also welcome to apply
