- Market Access coordination in terms of Cross function Access program/projects
- Market information gathering and business analytics regarding to Access
- DAV price declaration uploading/checking
- Admin assistant to department for PT&E, in-external meeting, events, in-external team communication
Role Responsibilities
- Market information and analytics:
  • Gather all policy/market intelligent to update the team, especially in Access/Policy category
  • Business analysis as Market Access requirement such as Key Accounts Analysis, Private market analysis, Insurance market analysis…
  • Looking for new trend, ideas, best practice sharing from Global/Region both internal and external to share to the team

- Market Access coordinator:
  • Coordinate other projects or tasks, as assigned by MA Lead
  • Play the role of monitoring these projects
  • Assist to Access programs
  • Design and publish Market Access highlight as internal and external communication

- DAV price declaration input:
  • Gather information from RA, SC, FA and H&V regarding to product shipment coming
  • Align/check with cross team to be sure accuracy for information above before registration on DAV web
  • Upload information to DAV web on time
  • Follow up the receipt and claim back

- Administration task:
  • Assist in preparing presentations, submissions, MAPP/ Interact… etc
  • Organize in-house and outside meetings. Takes minutes as assigned
  • Handle travel arrangements of department personnel
  • Handle training requests
  • Coordinate courier collections, dispatches.
  • Maintain records and manage document storage
  • Generate Requests for Payment, Petty Cash Requests, and Purchase Requisitions, PR/RFP…
  • Liaise with Finance and Purchasing personnel on delivery of requisitioned items
  • Forward to the appropriate person correspondence that is not addressed to a specific individual
  • Ensure prompt distribution of mail within unit
  • Ensures all responsible activities comply with relevant regulations and company SOPs
  • Arrange travel logistic

Indicate qualifications that are job related, consistent with business necessity and necessary for the performance of an essential function of this role including: education/licenses/certifications, relevant experience (where legally permissible), technical and/or other job-related skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree needed

  • Other relevant administrative and pharmaceutical certificate are advanced

Work Experience
  • Minimum 2 years-experience in Industry
  • Experience of Project management

  • Business analysis and reporting skill.
  • Customer knowledge and networking.
  • Communication skills needed.
  • Demonstrated ability to build valuable customer relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage cross-functional partnerships that are aligned with goals.

  • Cross functional collaborative experience.
  • Influent communication in written and spoken English. Computer literate including manipulating Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint, Word.

Physical/Mental Requirements
  • Normal health level (1 – 3)
