Lazada Vietnam is seeking a talented, highly motivated and experienced business development leader to engage with the E-Commerce Seller Communities, Government Bodies and ISVs and drive business growth for New Sellers on the Platform.

Core Responsibility
. Develop a thorough understanding of the e-commerce industry and competitive environment including knowledge of competitive product offerings and markets.
. Identify key business opportunities for the territory and manage toward a growth plan.
. Analyze territory trends, diagnose root cause of performance and create actionable plans for operational improvements.
. Define the territory, opportunities and goals (Input/Output) within the portfolio of accounts.
. Be subject matter expert on market segments, Seller pain-points, Lazada Marketing & Sales Solutions and features, and key differentiators to identify and prioritize new opportunities for the team and self. Identify, quantify, and define feature enhancements and new products to improve our service offerings based on seller feedback, data analysis, and feature gaps with competitive products.
. Help develop, deliver and execute ISV partner go-to-market programs that enable Lazada leading ISV partners to aggressively drive new business through Lazada Platform. Build deep relationships with the marketing and channel organizations of the ISVs in the Lazada ISV Partner program and support program extension into an end to end Referrals & Support programs for Lazada New Sellers
. Collaborate with other internal departments to support the improvement of tools and processes to enhance the Sellers experience and drive productivity for Onboarding & Vendor Incubation Teams. Responsible for managing the strategic relationships with Lazada's workforce vendor partners (BPO) in both HCMC and Hanoi
. Measure and optimize the performance of all vendors worksites, manage the standards our partners follow, and help address changes-internal and external-that impact them
. Identify affecting Seller early business performance issues and provide the consultation of solutions, as well as feedback Seller voice as an input to product development and process improvement.
. Become a thought leader in defining success criteria and understand business needs of new Sellers in an ever-changing business environment. Implement account management best practices and SOPs into the business development framework.
. Manage all aspects of the client relationship for highest standard of seller experience.

Job Requirements

. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering or equivalent experience
. 5+ years of professional experience, preferably in the e-Commerce or retail technology
. Strong written and spoken communication skills in both English and Vietnamese this role will require the creation of content such as whitepapers and other written deliverables
. Strong presentation skills: Ability to articulate complex concepts and deals to cross functional audiences
. Strong analytical and quantitative skills: Ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions
. High level of independence, flexibility, and ability to handle ambiguity
. Think big: passion for big challenges, draw new idea and create additional opportunities

. Experiences in e-commerce
. Ability to dive deep into data, existing processes, people and systems in order to invent, simplify, and improve inefficient or unnecessarily complex processes
. Experiences in managing external customers and developing educational materials
. Proven analytical skills and demonstrated ability to manage the business by the numbers. Must be metrics-driven.
. Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
. High degree of organization and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities
