Get to know the role
We are looking for a Quality Management Manager to manage all activities in the team. As a quality manager, sometimes called a quality assurance manager, you'll coordinate the activities required to meet the quality standards set for certain products or services. You'll ensure that this quality is consistent and meets both external and internal requirements.
The day-to-day activities:

  • Devise and establish a company's quality procedures, standards, and specifications

  • Review internal/external requirements and make sure they are met

  • Make sure that operations processes meet international and national standards

  • Define quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff set up and maintain controls and documentation procedures

  • Monitor performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports

  • Review existing policies and make suggestions for changes and improvements and how to implement them

  • Measure performance and identify any areas of weakness, recommending and implementing improvements

  • Assess the effectiveness of changes made

  • Train and manage a team of quality control technicians.


  • At least 03 years of experience in Payment, Internal Control, Audit, or relevant field

  • Good communication in English

  • Highly detail-oriented

  • Proactive, ability to handle multi-task and quickly adapt to changes

  • Experience in building SOP, ISO certificate

  • Strong leadership and management skills

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Great team player with strong interpersonal skills

  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office applications

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience in process improvement.

  • Knowledge and practical experience in tax and financial management.
