We are looking for a Manager, Product Development, who will be a key contributor to the design and enhancement of our merchant onboarding processes. Do strategic planning, product development, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure a streamlined and efficient onboarding experience for our partners.
This role will report to Head, Product Development
And his/her responsibilities:
Strategic:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product development strategy for Core platform & Merchant Onboarding aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and incorporate feedback into the product roadmap.
Product Development:
- Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, engineers, and QA teams to create intuitive and user-friendly merchant onboarding experiences.
Technical Expertise:
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies incorporating innovative solutions into the product development process.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the development team, resolving complex technical challenges.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Utilize data analytics and user feedback to make informed decisions and drive continuous optimization of the merchant onboarding process.
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement improvements based on data insights.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with key stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and communicate product updates.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment on merchant onboarding goals.
You will have the following skills and experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- At least 5 years experience of Product Development.
- Must have experience in software development, product design and customer experience.
- Familiar with and/or have passion for technologies and able to identify technologies that can be applied to solve specific clients problems.
- Have empathy for a broad range of clients/users and able to translate clients/users needs into product requirements and specifications.
- Good understanding of clients business, able to advise them on integration solutions to meet both sides business requests.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills both in English and Vietnamese.
