- Exchange & Nest is the new professional Full-Time model of AIA Vietnam and it is expectedly scaled up in the couple of coming years. Recruitment is the key objective in the model that helps Exchange/Nest maximize all opportunities to plan, identify and execute the recruitment program to the right segments for recruiting the business resources in all levels.
- The position has responsibilities for recruitment of nest by AIA nationwide and AIA Exchange South
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and implement strategies that boosts up high-quality and quantity of salesforce recruitment to support business
  • Conduct and follow-up the recruitment action plan with deliverable, timelines and a formal tracking process.
  • Provide the immediate solutions to tackle recruitment challenges - resources, quality, timeline, turnover & successful rate, etc.
  • Participate/Lead in special projects/recruiting initiatives including assessment of best practices, leveraging of internal sources of talent and identification of top performers for senior-level openings.
  • Build pipeline management system to help to run the key factor of business i.e. Recruitment objectives.
  • Manage recruitment team to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches
  • Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management conducts in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrate ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor Degree
  • At least 5 years working experience inmass/volume recruitment, RPO projects, business development and project management.
  • Team management & development experience with 10+ members
  • Well organization, possess strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective time management, high sense of urgency, and understand the value of providing amazing customer services
  • Having critical thinking and influencing skill
  • Having customer centricity mindset and sense of urgency
  • Solid understanding the market and strong relationship all business partners
  • Having compelling communication in both verbal and writing
