Work you will do
  • Leading workstreams on large HR transformation projects or delivery of specialist HR projects for global, regional and local clients from a variety of industries
  • Leading diverse and multi-disciplinary teams of Analysts, Consultants and Senior Consultants to deliver against client objectives
  • Providing insight, innovation and thought leadership to clients on the latest thinking across HR including how to structure a HR function and drive value through HR Shared Services, Centres of Expertise and HR Business Partners use of Digital HR and Robotics to drive efficiencies etc
  • Managing budget, scope, plan and quality of a major projects and programmes -
  • Developing high performing people within a diverse and inclusive team culture where people are recognized for their contribution and individuality
  • Managing internal and external stakeholders, and client expectation ensuring the development and maintenance of solid client relationships
  • Challenging clients to think holistically, not solely from a HR view point Business Development - Playing an active role in pre-sales and bid development
  • Identification of business development opportunities for new and existing clients
  • Actively growing our business through the development of thought leadership and the facilitation of industry events
  • Being actively involved in the running of the practice and supporting others as a Coach

Enough about us, let's talk about you
If you are someone with:
  • A Bachelor's degree or Master's degree with 7-10 years of relevant experience in a similar role in consulting or industry.
  • Expertise of managing or leading across one or more of the following areas: HR operations, HR transformation programmes, enabling HR technologies, shared services, HR organisation design or a specialist HR area (e.g. learning, recruitment, benefits, reward, performance, talent, recruitment)
  • Understand the strategic and operational drivers of the HR function and the value it brings to organisations
  • Have experience of managing transformation within an HR or business environment, either in another consulting firm or in-house
  • Have a proven track record of managing or leading the delivery of HR related work streams and deliverables as part of a HR Transformation programme
  • Involvement in the strategic analysis of future HR capabilities and trends and implementing these to improve business performance and the employee experience
  • Track record of leading and contributing in business / proposal development, and client pursuits
  • Familiarity with at least one major HR Cloud Technology solution (e.g. Workday, SAP Successfactors, Oracle Cloud HCM, ServiceNow)
  • Have an ability to influence senior stakeholders around complex and diverse scenarios, focusing on high quality and elevating the role of HR within an organisation even in high pressured, time critical situations
  • Possess strong facilitation, analytical skills, communication skills in English and have natural ability to influence others
  • Willingness to work outside of office base and most of allan appreciation of the consulting lifestyle and ability to travel (both locally and abroad) for short-term and long-term project assignments
