Job description
As the leader of the Vietnam Employer Branding team, you will collaborate closely with the business leader and the EB group, as well as the people team, to identify branding challenges and find effective and innovative ways to attract talent. You will also create meaningful content for storytelling, ensure channels are appealing, and promote Lazada in the labor market.

Reporting to the Head of TA/CPO in the country, you will:

You will:
. Define, design and implement the Employer branding strategy, youth resourcing strategy to ensure sustainable resources for business across business units (Lazada platform, Tech Hub and Lazada Logistics)
. Develop employer branding projects, campaigns and messaging that promote Lazada Vietnam as a great place to work at and as the employer of choice, with its unique culture to increase internal engagement and attract external talent across business units.
. Plans and oversees the company's social media and offline presence and channels related to recruitment and external employer branding
. Build and maintain good relationships with partners: Universities, colleges and vocational schools nationwide, training centers, industry peers and social/student association
. Collaborate with the other team on digital, social, events, and media initiatives across the board.
. Attend events as Lazada Vietnam's ambassador: social association, industry events, Lazada Talks, ect
. Identify and develop potential partnerships with strategic partners to accomplish the company's talent goals.
. Subject Matter Expert within Employer Branding by providing the best knowledge, proper external benchmarks, best practices and innovative solutions to support the business and people team
. Become a contributing member of the recruitment team that effectively embodies and promotes the culture and values of Lazada

Job Requirements

. Minimum Bachelor's degree.
. At least 8 years of experience working in Employer Branding/Talent Acquisition, e-marketing or social media promotions
. A strong knowledge of employer branding and understanding of PR/ Marketing / Branding principles.
. Extensive knowledge of social media communication techniques
. Strong understanding of branding to be able to sell the company as an employer of choice to prospective hires
. Presentation skills, public speaking, business acumen and manner.
. Enthusiastic attitude, work well on teams and be able to adapt quickly to a fast-moving environment
. Good command of English and MS Office
. Fluency in Vietnamese (native) and in English
. To be based in Ho Chi Minh city
