Job Description
1. Strategic Planning
·Support Channel Head to develop and TTT coaching program for cluster & coach teams.
·Quality assurance coach’s capability via key metrics review
2. Business Development
·Take the key responsibilities in Bancassurance business through different distribution channels to ensure the business effectiveness as well as achievement of target.
·Provide leadership to Coach & Field Support Team in planning, supervising the sales activities at branch level.
·Consult to Channel Head to develop sales promotional activities
·Be responsible for management of sales activities of frontline by provide hands-on coaching and filed support.
3. Development and enhancement of insurance consultation capacity for leaders and sales forces
·Work with CSA team (inside TCB) to understand all bankers of TCB (PRM, RBO/ SRBO, TIS and BIS) to define sales model and customers segments to customize all training programs.
·Join some key projects: iTCBlife, new products and lead management.
·Work with partner inside TCB to develop training materials on professional knowledge/ skills, products for frontline training.
·Work with Implementation Pool (CSA) to design ad-hoc workshops for leaders on advanced professional knowledge, sales management skills for sales forces.
·Take leadership in mindset change and inspire the life insurance consultancy spirit in all Techcombank’s staff
