PURPOSE
Managing the North / South & Central Agency recruitment and propositions to oversee the progress of recruiting Agency Directors and new agents in the area. Ensure end-to-end recruitment process is in place to streamline onboarding and following activation schedule.
KEY ACCOUNTAIBILITIES

  • Coordinate with RD/AD and Training team to develop the recruitment propositions with clear strategies, funnels, and procedures to deliver recruitment targets
  • Proactively manage and diversify the recruitment sources based on the regional recruitment profile
  • Structure / optimize end-to-end recruitment process including but not limited to prospecting, training, licensing (exam), coding, onboarding, activating
  • Produce essential materials for BOP (business opportunity presentation) and recruitment training in terms of multiple segmentation of leadership
  • Build a talent pool of regional AD candidates with specific profiling that is reinforced by validated selection criteria
  • Facilitate regional AD to efficiently uptake the value propositions including products, training, compensation, and other differentiation to accelerate business expansion
  • Conduct / deliver regular BOP to support AD to build a new agent recruitment pipeline
  • Collaborate with Agency Academy to deliver recruitment training / profiling / selection / onboarding / activation
  • Drive progress of recruitment activities based on a structured recruitment pipeline
  • Other tasks as assigned

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
  • Number of new AD onboarded / achieve % over regional targets
  • Number of new recruits of agents / achieve % over regional targets
  • Number of EMDP members
  • Turn-around time of converting new prospecting candidates to coded new agents by optimizing recruitment end-to-end process

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor Degree
  • Minimum 06 years insurance experience and with at least 04 years in management position with focus on Agency / sales / talent acquisition management or good understanding of insurance market in Vietnam
  • Strong relationship management skills including working well with peers and senior management
  • Demonstrated capabilities in dealing with different people profiles from various background

KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS
  • Proved knowledge of Insurance business and its context
  • Able to establish clear vision and strategy and translate strategy into actions to follow up and follow through
  • Strong understanding of key performance indicators
  • Capable of analyzing and forecasting business trends to help with decision making
  • Obsessing (or able to quickly build) established network of contacts and relationships with potential channel leadership in the market
  • Proficient with all recruitment activities (e.g profiling, selecting, interviewing...)
  • Ability to apply advanced strategies to source AD and new agents
  • Outstanding presentation skills
