  • Implement recruitment plans and create sales team for LiveBank channel Management level assigns responsibility.
  • Responsible for monitoring and urging business plans about the business targets of the team in charge.
  • Manage a team of Insurance Consultants and collaborators to support the operation of VTMs in the assigned area.
  • Implement, measure and create promotions, product policies of Livebank channel for LiveBank Sales Team .
  • Update business reports as required by the Management
  • Other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors/Management.
  • Job Requirement

    • Graduated from University or above majoring in Economics, Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Accountant...
    • Experience from 3 years or more working at the bank in the position of Individual Customer Specialist, Customer Consultant or similar positions, knowledgeable about products Products and services for individual customers.
    • Preferably with experience in selling life insurance, credit cards, team management, implementing business programs, sales events.
    • Good communication, Selling skills, good negotiation.
    • Having knowledge and understanding of banking operations
    • Having skills in synthesis, reportingreport, analysis.
