WE ARE LOOKING FOR .....Life Advisor (LA) is new agency model of AIA Vietnam and it is expectedly scaled up in the couple of coming years. Recruitment is the key objective in the model that helps LA maximize all opportunities to plan, identify and execute the recruitment program to the right segments. The role is to (1) enhance compelling value proposition of LA, (2) recruitment management for more quality and (3) help General Agency open recruitment funnel by recruitment activities/initiatives

Roles & Responsibilities:
Project Management (30%)
- Articulate in writing a plan with deliverable, timelines and a formal tracking process for effective project management.
- Lead special projects/initiatives to support agency and LA meet the KPIs for quality recruitment (QR) (Number of new recruits, active ratio, retention)
Business Synergy (30%)
- Support to roll out the changes & strategy to General Agency and work closely with sales team in the regions to facilitate their business activities.
- Be along with line manager to build to the recruitment framework on the company level as well as GA level for effectiveness quality recruitment.
- Monitor agent recruitment reports and performance report, review and recommend improvements on related policies and procedures to provide excellent support and services.
Recruitment (40%)
- Execute to promote value proposition of LA to differentiate with other channels/segments for more compelling proposition of LA jobs in the market.
- Lead recruitment initiatives to help Agency to meet recruitment KPIs and increase quality recruitment.
- Partner with hiring team of GA/AIA marketing teams to build effective sourcing, assessment & closing approach with an ability to manage stakeholders expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment.
- Build and maintain network/data pool of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management.
Job Requirements:
University graduate, major in is preferable.

  • Have proven experience of leading project.

  • Have experience in recruitment activities

  • At least 3 year working experience in agency recruitment, business development and project management. Experience in life insurance industry is preferable

Special skills

  • Must be tech-savvy (well informed about or proficient in the use of modern technology, especially computers and be familiar with digital tools, including project management tools)

  • The ideal candidate will have a reputation for being exceptional at candidate generation, client management, and organization, possess strong verbal and written communication, good sales management & business planning skills, have an ability to prioritize their time, demonstrate pushback and a sense of urgency, and understand the value of providing amazing customer services.

  • Good English & MS office
