Location: Hanoi
Working Time: Mon – Fri (8h – 17h)
KEY RESPONSIBILITY
- Generate potential lead
- Qualify lead providing by partners/system
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Contact & visit potential lead or existing customers to inform them about license usage status using scripts
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements
- Negotiate with customer to close deal
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
- Work as management assignment
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Economics or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in Sales roles. Have background in software is a plus
- Good Chinese and English language skills (written & speaking)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good attention to detail.
- Able to work on your own initiative or be directed when required.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Proficient use of web
- Experience of working in software environment
- Strong background in effective administration
- Use of CRM systems
Salary: negotiable
