The Role Responsibilities
Strategy: Drive sales and services and product management for secured lending products.

  • Delivering superior financial performance for Auto loan %26amp; Mortgage Products. Auto loan is the key area supervised by the staff. Tasks related to Mortgages can be shared %26amp; assigned by LM and/ or management from time to time.

  • Perform and responsible to business plan to ensure all targets can be achieved.

  • Initiate actions to ensure smooth process as well as solve credit related to facilitate sales channels.

  • Look for and implement opportunities to grow the performance, competitive ability of product and franchise, including develop marketing strategies and Credit related programs to support acquisition and portfolio management.

  • Alliance and build relationship with partners, vendors to grow business and seek new market opportunities.

  • Monitor budgets and maximise result within managed budgets.

  • Develop new products (if any) and enhance existing product to maintain competitive advantage and grow profitable business.  

  • Drive business through effective coordination amongst Sales channels, branch banking, credit operations, phone banking, operation risk, etc to ensure smooth operation and support for product and marketing programs launched. 

  • Perform segmentation analysis and identify opportunity to revise/ change existing policies/ process/ procedure to ensure utmost benefit to the business.

  • Monitor and report suspicious Money Laundering transaction/ activities to CMLPO.

  • Ongoing self-refresher training on Monday Laundering Prevention.

  • Comply the Code of Conducts, and Money Laundering Prevention procedures and report any suspicious activity to the Transaction Monitoring Unit.


  • Managing PDD in terms of title-deed issuance for BUCs and insurance renewal of vehicle collaterals. 

  • Drive the system towards service quality standards in an efficient operation where risks are well controlled.


  • More specific for Auto loan:

  • Developing and maintaining relationship in corporation with Auto dealers and salespersons at dealers.

  • Developing and manage digital campaigns/ initiatives through partnerships 

  • Developing and maintaining relationship with dealers and dealer salesperson (both individuals and entities) as per Referrer management GPS (Group Process Standards) and other related standards.

  • Driving activities/ road shows for sales teams in joining marketing activities with dealers,%26hellip;

  • More specific for Mortgages:

  • Developing and maintaining relationship in corporation with developers to tie up BUCs to penetrate relationship for sales teams in terms of Primary source of clients who have loans on us to buy apartments or house in BUCs.

  • Developing and maintaining relationship with RE brokers (both individuals and entities) as per Referrer management GPS (Group Process Standards) and other related standards.

  • Driving activities/ road shows for sales teams in joining marketing activities with Developers, trading floors,%26hellip;

  • Tracking and monitoring productivity from owned to maximise business opportunities and cross sell rates to achieve assigned targets and provide efficient service quality to clients and partners.


Business

  • Managing and maintaining the developers of strong and differentiated product propositions

  • Working well with internal stakeholders, EB/ cooperate RM teams to diversify opportunity by attending the roadshow, present with clients briefing products, rates, features to RM and sales for referrals.   

  • Tie-up with Trading floors, developer, auto dealers for joining marketing activities or referrals scheme to maximise opportunities for sales with high conversion rate.

  • Managing referrer lists with monthly payment for RE brokers and Auto dealers%26rsquo; salespersons

  • Arrive at specific portfolio campaigns at RM level, corporate category level

  • Responsible to manage service complaints and support

  • Other tasks assigned and agreed with Line manager.        


Processes

  • Facilitate and implementing work process improvements

  • Manage processes with external partners (developers, auto dealers, referrer%26hellip;) and internal stakeholders for operation efficiency.


People and Talent

  • Presentation skills were strongly recommended.

  • Develop skills for management, sourcing, tracking, reports, policy matured users, systems, code of conduct, sales governance and risk controlling.

  • Identify and motivate talents to become successors.


Risk Management

  • Ensure compliance with Group policy and standards, local laws and regulations, controls and procedures of the bank and regulatory requirements pertaining to Money Laundering and CDD

  • Participate in and/or support the Bank%26rsquo;s effort in combating money-laundering activities

  • Exercise due care and diligence on matters related to Money laundering and CDD in the day to day operations, which include account opening

  • Manage to follow the Bank code of conduct

  • Ensure service quality and client satisfaction level as the Bank%26rsquo;s target


Regulatory %26amp; Business Conduct

  • Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group%26rsquo;s Values and Code of Conduct.

  • Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank.   • Line manager, colleagues, CRM, Product, Legal, Partners and contractors (Developers, Auto dealers, EB companies, referrers, Hoang Quan, Digitexx%26hellip;), collection, RETSO, Operation functions ie Account services, RLO, Sales coordinators, compliances%26hellip;


Other Responsibilities

  • Beside business requirement, the role also require values adding as the Bank strategy and always try best to maintain and do not have negative impact the Bank%26rsquo;s image.
