Job Description



  • Specifying internal governance policies and regularly monitor compliance
  • Prepare the necessary materials/documents to proceed the legal procedure including notarization in relation to M&A Approval, Vietnam Competition Law etc.
  • Provide day to day legal support and general legal advice to other departments in the company.
  • Maintain and proper file corporate agreements, power of attorneys and other legal documents.
  • Translate the Vietnamese documents / information related to legal issues into English.
  • Other legal related duties per assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degrees.
  • Total 10 years of relevant working experience in law firm / real estate company is required.
  • Experienced in M&A.
  • Able to handle multi-tasks with positive and can-do attitude.
  • Excellent proficiency in English and Vietnamese (Writing, Speaking, Reading & Listening)
