KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1/ Leasing and Expansion:
Search and evaluate locations for: Retail stores, Warehouse facilities, Office spaces, Livestream studios, Other operational needs
- Support company expansion across South, Central, and future North Vietnam regions.
- Conduct site visits, market surveys, and rental comparisons.
- Monitor market trends, competitor locations, and new commercial projects.
2/ Negotiation and Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain good relationships with: Shopping malls, Landlords, Property developers, Real estate agents,
- Negotiate rental terms and commercial agreements.
- Handle lease renewals and landlord discussions.
3/ Administration and Coordination:
- Handle leasing administration and follow-up, including: Lease documents, contract coordination, approval tracking, contract finalization
- Coordinate closely with internal teams including: Legal, Finance, Operations, HR, Project team
- Support smooth communication between landlords and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure leasing timeline supports store opening and operational targets
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in leasing, retail expansion, commercial property, or related areas.
- Prior experience in retail, beauty, fashion, FMCG, or omnichannel business is highly preferred.
- Strong network and connections with shopping malls, landlords, property developers, and real estate agents across Vietnam.
- Proven experience managing multi-city expansion projects is a plus.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good understanding of the Vietnam retail and property landscape.
- Excellent coordination, project management, and follow-up capabilities.
- Able to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and result-driven mindset.
- Fluent in Vietnamese with professional working proficiency in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Willing to travel for site visits and expansion projects when required.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and growing business environment.
