Prepare leasing strategy, recommendation, and updates to the Management:
  • Develop leasing plan and strategy, rental policies, commission scheme, leasing channels, team structure and other relevant materials to achieve the performance target.
  • Provide periodic updates and strategic recommendations to the Management on leasing.
  • Review and improve standard procedure of leasing.
  • Constantly update the Management on market trends, and competition landscapes (key transactions, new prospects, rentals and occupancy rates) for business planning purpose.

Provide leadership, direction and management for the whole leasing team including:
  • Establish performance goals for all staffs in the department and monitor performance on a continual basis.
  • Recruit, conduct training and development for the team.
  • Provide direction and guidance to the subordinates in the execution of the leasing strategies.
  • Direct and supervise agency to build up sustainable pipeline and achieve performance target.
  • Take a lead to create marketing plans and execute marketing activities to generate leads and promote the properties.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the department, while maintaining focus on the department's strategic goals.
  • Proactively source and secure suitable tenants for the assigned buildings from various sales channels.
  • Be responsible for meetings, negotiations and attend any tenancy/leasing related matters.
  • To ensure timely submission and presentation of leasing reports and any other ad-hoc reports.
  • Review the Offers to Lease, Lease Agreements and other related documents.

  • Coordinate with other relevant parties to achieve the company overall goal:
  • Establish and maintain good Landlord-Tenant relationships.
  • Liaise with other internal departments and/or selected third party vendors on leasing related matters.
  • Maintain close and good relationships with the property management company.
  • Other tasks and duties as assigned by supervisor

  • Proficiency in English
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experiences in leasing of commercial properties, including 5 or more years in a managerial capacity.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking and result-driven mindset
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, as well as effective interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of Hanoi real estate market with extensive network of contacts.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex data and distill this information into meaningful reports and presentations.
  • Proactive, positive attitude, highly ethical and Client-focused.
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
