Job Description

  1. Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Drive leasing activities for industrial properties (factories/warehouses) by proactively acquiring business via networking, cold calling, and diverse avenues.
  • Analyze client needs and operational specifications, crafting tailored proposals and solutions accordingly.
  • Evaluate property suitability for leasing through on-site assessments.
  • Engage in negotiations to finalize commercial terms and secure agreements.
  • Manage documentation and paperwork essential for sales transactions.
  • Conduct market analysis and gather market intelligence.
  • Assist in webinar preparation and coordinate marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain a precise database containing customer and prospect details.

  1. Requirements:
  • Korean Native speaker only
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in related fields
  • At least 3 years of sales or customer support experience
  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
  • Good computer skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skill
