Job Description


Bring your career aspirations to life with AIA!Responsible for developing and delivering training curriculums of AIA products and services to agents and partners
  • Contact with Regulatory, deputizing the Head of Learning Management in North & Central regions
  • Source & negotiate with vendor for training location in north/central regions
  • Liaise with bank partners/sales team for attendance sheets & generate on time for all training courses.
  • Main contact point in North/Central trainings & ensure all coaches and learners are informed of training information (location, time, Coach) & remind sales force to complete pre-learning on online learning system iCampus.
  • Review invoice and make payment for vendor in accordance to AIA’s policy.
  • Upload eligible list to join MOF examination base on MOF regulation.
  • Managing and analyze data & crosscheck PD Management records with PD sales force training database to support for internal & external audit
  • Ensure all training materials in iCampus are updated
  • Manage the issues face in learning operations and report training status to Project leads & Head of Learning Mgt
  • Apply digital and technology to simplify licensing & visualize training database by Power BI
