  • Recommend indicators for talent assessment to identify high-potential talent and implement high-potential programmes
  • Develop and co-ordinate succession planning
  • Analyseemployee learning needs
  • Administer onboarding and exit
  • Acts as the principal point of contact for anyone with questions about training and development
  • Stay abreast of the latest developments in learning trends, changes in learning theory, and developments in learning technologies
