Job Description:
  • Generate new brand leads (potential sellers) on an ongoing basis by conducting secondary market research using various data sources
  • Able to clean and organize raw data from market research into a structured database for management of lead pipeline
  • Able to screen, identify and prioritize high-quality leads
  • Track and monitor lead pipeline in a structured manner, e.g., construct dashboard/tracker to track weekly and monthly acquisition progress
  • Collaborate with team members in Acquisition and Cluster Management to identify new leads/business opportunities
  • Coordinate with Business Intelligence team to acquire information on performance measures of brands for better understanding of sellers
  • Conceptualize, execute and track new initiatives to generate and manage leads
  • Create presentations and updates for internal presentations
  • Manage relevant key stakeholders to ensure that the right leads are prioritized and resolve & de-bottleneck issues
  • Review and suggest enhancements to streamline and improve the lead management process and funnel wherever possible
  • Expect to be involved in initiatives outside your scope, which will be given to you to help you grow and capture emerging business opportunities.
  • Act as a PMO to manage different projects to expand leads pool, optimize process or new initiatives for Mall Central

  • 2 - 6 years of experience (level of the role will depend on the years of experience), relevant work experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Process-oriented and logical
  • Practices a high level of confidentiality
  • Strong team player and a capable individual contributor
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Data-driven and comfortable with synthesizing insights from an extensive series of number
  • Structured, able to plan end-to-end execution of initiatives, and see through the implementation of the initiative
  • Able to perform in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English is a must.
