What you will do

We're seeking a friendly and customer oriented person, willing to help foreign companies to do business in Vietnam. In your role as sales and Lead Generation, you'll be responsible for identifying and generating new business leads through various channels. In this role, you will be expected to research and target potential clients, generate leads, and nurture relationships with prospects.

  • Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including sales tools, online research, social media, website and networking events
  • Contact and qualify leads through phone calls, emails, direct messaging.
  • Develop and maintain a database of leads and prospects for future reference
  • Your first goal is to engage with customers by setting up the first call, providing quotation and information about our services.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop lead generation strategies and campaigns, measure effectiveness and continuously improve them
  • Analyze and report to the team lead generation metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market research and best practices for lead generation
  • Provide exceptional customer service to prospects and clients
  • Attend industry events to generate offline leads

RequirementsWhat You Are Good At

You should have the following skills and attributes:

  • Experience in lead generation and B2B sales (preferred business consultant/ business law)
  • Proficiency in using lead generation tools (eg. Apollo), CRM, Automation softwares
  • Proven track record of successful lead generation and sales
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience in developing and implementing lead generation strategies
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
