Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Korean Sales Manager to join our team in Hanoi, Vietnam. This full-time, on-site role involves driving sales efforts in the South Korean market, building strong partnerships with key clients, and maximizing revenue opportunities. The Sales Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies, maintain client relationships, and ensure an exceptional experience for our partners. A crucial aspect of this role is to meet and exceed sales targets while promoting the Accor hotel group's brand and values in the Korean market.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Relationship Management: Proven experience in sales strategy development, client relationship building, and successful revenue generation, particularly in the hospitality sector.
  • Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the South Korean market, cultural nuances, and consumer behaviors.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in Korean and strong communication skills in English.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective strategies to meet sales goals.
  • Adaptability and Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to resolving challenges and adapting to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Previous sales experience in the hospitality industry is highly preferred.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Availability: Must be able and willing to work on-site in Hanoi, with potential travel as required.
