Job Description


Our client is an international school in Vietnam who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm:

  • Create and deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the early years curriculum for all kids.
  • Encourage courses with diverse cultures and abilities by providing challenging and exciting learning experiences.
  • Monitor student progress and set benchmarks for success and improvement.
  • As a subject and homeroom teacher, assess student wellness to foster personal and social growth.
  • Encourage collaboration among instructors to exchange ideas, perspectives, and expertise.
  • Collaborate with SEN and EAL to provide a comprehensive approach for pupils of different developmental stages.
  • Provide parents with accurate and professional updates on children's status and development. Update parent communication platforms per year-start needs. Add requested information.
  • Collaborate with the International - IEYC Programme Head to effectively provide curriculum to specific courses, including resource selection and management.
  • Participate in extracurricular activities and school events including Open Day, Admissions Day, After School Activities, PD Day, and PTC Day.
  • Be mindful of the requirements of children who speak English as a second language.
  • Create differentiated lesson plans for children with special needs.
  • Engage in curriculum, homeroom, extracurricular, and development programs.
  • Manage out-of-classroom activities as required throughout the school day.
  • Maintain positive relationships and communication with school personnel.
  • Ensure efficient use of resources, materials, and equipment.
  • Perform any activities given by the International - IEYC Programme Head or School Director.


  • A Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education is required, with a postgraduate degree in Education or related teaching subject preferable.
  • Teacher's license holder.
  • A minimum of 3+ years of early childhood education teaching experience.
  • Prior experience attending an overseas school is strongly encouraged.
  • Knowledge of curriculum development
  • Fluent in English.
  • Native Korean speaker.
  • Creative, flexible, adaptable, and enthusiastic about teaching a wide range of students with varying cultural backgrounds, languages, skills, interests, and personalities.
  • Capacity to utilize technology in the classroom efficiently, such as online collaboration tools, online learning management systems, and online assessment tools.


  • 400 USD Net housing allowance/month
  • 800 USD Net/year for flight ticket
  • Health insurance
