Job Description:
  • Manage offline seller community/SES activities to drive new sellers and deepen relationships with existing sellers, sustain the healthy growth of Shopee sellers online & offline communities, deliver the best result for the program
  • Understand Shopee Expert Seller insight/demand to create innovative programs and drive program growth
  • Collaborate, build a close relationship with Shopee Expert Sellers to grow their presence on Shopee, among seller community & keep those sellers with the program
  • Handle Shopee Expert Seller inquiries and concerns, resolve those sellers issues
  • Manage and execute seller activities with out-of-the-box and can-do attitude to create case studies while bring satisfaction to sellers
  • Monitor & follow up report/dashboard togather insights for monitoring and optimisation of overall SES performance, make actionable recommendations, improve program quality and ensure SES hit their targets in each activity
  • Effectively collaborate with related teams (Campaign Business Development Marketing PR, CS, etc.) for executing initiatives/programs
  • Monitor SES sentiment & assist team lead in handling issues arising from social media, crisis management
  • Able to multitask and manage multiple projects


Requirements:
    • Have a strong experience in Communication, Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce industry or any related field for more than 2 years
    • Critical thinking, multitasking & good time-management skills
    • Excellent communication, negotiation capability, project management
    • Detail-oriented& result-oriented mindset
    • Microsoft Office literacy (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    • Ability to work in fast-paced environment and constantly changing to achieve innovative solutions
    • Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn
    • Ability to work independently and proactively
    • Have a good sense of process understanding and workflow optimization.
    • Great interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills (Vietnamese & English)
    • Have insights, experience and passion in seller engagement and seller community is a plus
