- Carry out leading and instructing all kid activities (outdoor & indoor). Be creative and active in creating new activities for Kids to improve Kid club services

- Clean and supervise cleanliness in Kid Club, ensure all areas in good clean condition
Thc hin kim tra v v sinh cc khu vc ca CLB Tr em, m bo mi trng sch, gn gng cho tr
- Supervise all kid activities in Kid Club to be elert and avoid all potential riskes
Thc hin gim st cc hot ng ca tr ti CLB Tr em, m bo phng trnh cc tnh hung ri ro c th xy ra cho tr trong qu trnh vui chi
- Actively selling retails items & services to ensure achieving monthly target
Bn cc sn phm v dch v tnh ph ti CLB Tr em, m bo t doanh s ch tiu hng thng
- Carry our payment process for all sold items & services
Thc hin thanh ton dch v bn cho khch hng v hon thnh cc bo co lin quan
- Warmly greetings and welcome guests to Kid Club, creating friendly enviroment

- Be active in supporting & communicating to guests to ensure maximize guest's satisfaction

- Supervise quantity & quality of all equipments, facilities in Kid Club and corporate with other related departments to solve the issues. Report to Head of Department for any issues.

- Supervise all selling items and plan to purchase additional items to make sure smoothly operation
Kim sot cc sn phm, hng ha bn cho khch hng, ln k hoch mua hng m bo lun c hng bn cho khch
- Carry out Baby Sitter service as guest request (if any)
Thc hin dch v Trng tr theo yu cu ca khch hng (nu c)
- Strictly follow company policies and procedures to maintain professional manner and appearance in front of guests
Thc hin nghim tc cc ni quy, quy nh ca Khch sn, duy tr hnh nh v tc phong chuyn nghip nht.
- Carry out Meal Registration, Roster schedule Confirmation for department
Thc hin chm cng, bo co cng, bo n theo quy nh ca cng ty
- Thc hin cc yu cu khc t Trng b phn theo yu cu cng vic
Carry out other tasks which are assigned by Head of Department following work requirement

. Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.. Good communication skills to react with guests, associates, partners to ensure professional apperances
